We are the first Intelligent Automation provider to offer a risk-free incentive to businesses looking to embark on their digital transformation. If business metrics are not achieved within an agreed time frame, we will refund 100% of the value of our software licence fees (excludes professional services fees).
Together with our customers, we will determine the business metrics, which may include employee productivity, cost reduction, increased revenue, reduced error rates, improved customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), or better compliance and auditability.
Frequently asked questions
We work with our customers to agree on a list of business metrics and the time frame in which they should be achieved. If those targets are not met, the customer will get a full refund of the license fees of all products and solutions.
Business metrics can include employee productivity, cost reductions, increased revenue, reduced error rates, improved customer Net Promoter Score, better compliance and improved auditability.
Customers in the following sectors are eligible for this program: retail, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer goods, and healthcare.
